The Molly 4.0 is the newest addition to the Hencon VT fleet of vacuum trucks and the first Software Monitored Advanced Recovery Truck or SMART.

This truck is used as a live platform to test different technologies identified in the HVT4.0 initiative. Data is accessed directly from site, using cloud services and is monitored from the Hencon VT office in Johannesburg. The system is also capable of sending feedback of alarms and automated reports with valuable production data.

The acquisition and analysis of real data from site provide us with vital insights into our overall equipment effectiveness and improvements that can be incorporated into future designs.
